Our thoughts are with our friends in Alberta in the wake of these devastating floods.
Rogers and Fido cellphone customers wishing to help with flood relief can donate $5 to the Canadian Red Cross by sending a free text message with the word ABHELP to 4664. One hundred per cent of the proceeds will go to the Canadian Red Cross.
Rogers has also said it will donate $100,000 to the Canadian Red Cross to help flood-affected residents in Calgary and southern Alberta.
